Any questions?
Who should take Juve?
Juve was formulated specifically for women beginning perimenopause through to postmenopause (typically ~45-60 years old).
Juve is not meant to be consumed by children, women who are or plan to become pregnant, or who are breastfeeding.
When will I see results?
While there are no "silver bullets" the ingredients in Juve have been scientifically studied and shown to relieve the most frustrating and common symptoms of menopause.
While some impact may be felt immediately, other benefits of Juve take consistency and time. Maximum benefits might not be fully apparent until 3 months of regular use.
If you don't see results, or are unhappy in any other way, please let us know so we can make it right! Contact us at hello@thejuve.com
What if I am on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)?
Great! Juve is made to work in harmony with HRT and other common menopausal treatments. We recommend consulting your doctor prior to making changes to your diet or supplementation.
While we are continuously impressed by the growing body of research supporting the use of HRT in treatment of menopausal symptoms, not all women qualify, or want to use HRT. Juve's research backed ingredients can provide benefit regardless.
Why these ingredients?
We formulated Juve specifically with menopause in mind, and wanted to make sure all the ingredients we include are backed by published research. Take a look at our ingredients page for more information on why we selected each active ingredient in both Juve Rise and Rest.
When and how should I take Juve?
Juve Rise and Rest were built to work together - a dynamic duo of sorts.
Rise is your morning companion, and should be taken daily, with your first meal. It has natural caffeine from guarana (equivalent of ~60mgs of caffeine) and energizing ginseng root to kick off your day right.
Rest is your evening ritual, and should be taken nightly, 1-2 hours before bedtime. It contains melatonin to help set your circadian rhythm, magnesium to calm you down, and some natural supplements to suppress night sweats.
While many results may come quickly, some will come over time. Maximum impact will be felt after 3 months of consistent use.
Do I need both Rise and Rest?
You don't want them both? ;)
Jokes aside, they were built to work together. Some supplements are better consumed in the morning, and others in the evening; they combine for a full regimen to produce maximum results.
That said, no - you don't have to take them both. Even separately, they'll produce great results to help you feel better and get more out of life.
A note from Juve's founder -
When I entered by late 40s, I began to see symptoms of menopause, but didn't recognize them. I wasn't feeling like myself, and felt like my low energy, and increased anxiety was letting my family down.
Despite my training as a Registered Nurse and having a gynecologist as a father, I was frustrated by the apparentΒ lack of informationΒ about menopause andΒ how to find relief.
My aim is to share my learnings to help you navigate this stage of life with more comfort and less stress.
- Susan, Co-founder of Juve
